“Custom / Personalized Products”: Products made to your specifications (e.g., sizing, bead selection, engraving, custom charms, special packaging).

3) Product Information (Natural Materials & Handcrafted Variations)

We strive to display accurate product information, descriptions, images, and pricing. However, errors may occur and we reserve the right to correct them.

Many products use natural stones, pearls, wood, shell, or other natural materials. Natural variations in color, pattern, clarity, and texture are normal and not considered defects.

Colors may appear different due to lighting or screen settings.

Measurements (e.g., wrist size, bead size, chain length) may have minor tolerances. Please review sizing guides carefully.

4) Pricing, Promotions & Availability

9) Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Non-custom items: Eligible returns/exchanges may be requested within 2 days of delivery, provided items are unused/unworn, in original condition and packaging, and meet hygiene requirements.

Custom/Personalized items: Generally final sale and not eligible for returns/exchanges, except in cases of confirmed defects or our error.

Hygiene exclusions: For health and safety reasons, certain items (e.g., earrings, piercing jewelry, or items marked final sale) may not be returnable unless defective.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection and approval. Processing times may vary by payment provider/bank.

11) Jewelry Care & Safety

Our jewelry is not intended for use by small children unless clearly marked as child-safe. Small parts may present a choking hazard.

Avoid exposing jewelry to harsh chemicals, perfumes, saltwater, and excessive moisture.

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

12) User Content (Reviews, Photos, Submissions)
